Lydia turns 4!

It was a great party for a very special girl.  Realizing that she might not understand what the party was all about, we decided she should do something she really enjoyed for her birthday.  We have found nothing that she enjoys more than swimming, so her Aunt Jackie and Uncle John opened their home and pool for her small celebration.  She rejoiced in the pool by twirling and splashing and laughing in the water.  She did take a look at the fabulous Baby Einstein caterpillar cake that her Aunt Anna and Uncle Price made, but in her usual fashion, chose not to eat it, as she does with all sweets.  We are so blessed to have this precious girl with us as she turns 4 and continues to blossom and bloom.  The summer sun agreed with her as she just glowed from her times outside and in the water this summer.  She laughs a lot and expresses herself in very a vocal "ya ya ya!" as she freely gives Mama kisses, dances to Daddy's singing, and cackles with big sister.  We sure do love this girl!  Happy Birthday Lydia!
